After more than 35 years in the technology industry, Ken Auton witnessed far too many customers left with unfulfilled expectations. He founded PrenticeWorx with a very focused goal—to empower businesses with a partner who will genuinely put them first and deliver on its promise.
Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version 1, Ken saw great demand for a higher level of expertise and support around the solution. He wants every PrenticeWorx customer to enjoy a uniquely valuable CRM experience with specialists who serve with integrity, accountability and professionalism.
Ken earned his BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and started his career in software development. He quickly moved into leadership roles, including many years managing his own consulting practices, serving as president of one of the largest ERP and CRM resellers in Utah, and more than a decade helping Microsoft partners succeed as a Partner Account Manager.
As the president of PrenticeWorx, Ken is actively involved in making sure every person and project is meeting internal commitments for customer excellence. If you call him, he answers his phone and takes great pride in being accessible and responsive.
