When Nick Auton first started working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, he was excited not only by this emerging technology, but how he could use it to solve such a wide variety of challenges for businesses. Nick holds numerous certifications and helped architect and implement one of the largest and most complex Microsoft CRM projects for an international church organization. The highly customized solution, still in use today, boasts 8 languages, 200+ currencies and helps over 30,000 users around the world manage their student loans and search for employment.
Investing in and retaining the most skilled CRM professionals in the industry is a priority for Nick. Instead of building a jack-of-all-trades team, he believes in smaller, specialized groups with dedicated expertise. This provides customers with a more focused, efficient and personalized experience through each stage of their project.
